Me

If there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I can't just choose one path, and I don’t really plan to.

I’m Maggie, an advertising student at Iowa State University, minoring in psychology and design studies. I am often told I am over-involved in extracurricular activities, but I enjoy it that way. I value storytelling, connecting with people, and figuring out how to turn an idea into something people can actually see, hear, or connect with.

My path has so far has been a little all over the place, but I have always found myself on the right one. From creating video work, hosting radio shows, working on ad campaigns, to just talking with people and hearing their stories, I strive for a life where I never find myself bored.​

I’m drawn to spaces where creativity doesn’t have to be put in boxes and where people truly care about the work they’re doing. I’m the type to jump into a new project, figure it out along the way, and probably have an iced coffee in my hand, a good playlist in my headphones, and a joke ready at any time.

Maybe I’ll eventually figure out how to pick one path, but for now, I’d rather just keep following creativity, growth, and connection. I’m still figuring out exactly where all of that will take me, but I’m pretty excited to find out.
